We collect as little as possible. No accounts, no advertising trackers, no selling of data.

What we collect

Game data: the nickname and avatar players choose, their votes and scores. This lives only inside the game room and is deleted automatically within 24 hours.
Device storage: your browser stores small preferences (a random player ID, your last nickname, host keys for rooms you opened) so you can reconnect if your phone sleeps. This never leaves your device except to rejoin a room.
Waitlist: if you ask to be notified at launch, we store your email address and use it only for that purpose. Ask us and we'll delete it.
Purchases: payments are handled by our payment partner, who acts as merchant of record and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details so we can deliver your activation code and support you.
Technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and basic request logs to deliver and protect the site.

Sleigh Night is designed to be hosted by adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children; players only enter a nickname.
