These terms apply to sleighnight.com and the Sleigh Night games ("Sleigh Night", "we", "us"). By using the site or playing a game you agree to them.

1. The service

Sleigh Night is a browser-based party game. A host opens a game room on a shared screen and players join from their own devices using a room code. Free games are available without an account. The full game requires an activation code purchased through our payment partner.

2. Activation codes

An activation code lets one host open unlimited game rooms during the season stated at purchase (for the 2026 holiday season: until January 15, 2027). Codes are for use by the purchaser and their guests; please don't resell or publish them. We may deactivate codes that are shared publicly.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use player names or messages to harass, threaten or share illegal content, and don't try to disrupt the service, other rooms or our infrastructure. Hosts can remove players from their room at any time.

4. Content

All game questions and site content are original works owned by Sleigh Night. You may print the free question lists for personal, classroom or office use, but not resell them.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep games running smoothly, but the service is provided "as is" and depends on your internet connection and devices. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

6. Adult content

The "After Dark" edition contains questions intended for adults aged 18 and over. Hosts are responsible for choosing an edition suitable for their guests.

7. Changes
